With 26 years of exemplary experience as an in-house counsel, I am a seasoned professional in the field of law and workplace compliance. Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep understanding of legal matters and, in particular, a strong expertise in Posh (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, always advocated the working  environment  having Diversity, Inclusion and Equality among the employees and work force. I am dedicated to fostering respectful and inclusive workplace environments through my comprehensive knowledge and experience including .

 I have been working in Diversified fields handling all the gamut of Legal issues and lately worked as CEO & General Counsel at Sistema Smart Technologies Limited, Apart from handling  a wide range of legal matters, providing expert opinions on corporate legal issues. I have :

• Designed and implemented policies and procedures to create a respectful and harassment-free work environment.
• Conducted training programs for employees and management, raising awareness about Posh regulations and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
