Prevention Of Sexual Harassment
Harmony Work assist organizations in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations related to the prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace and help to design and implement policies, training programs, and reporting mechanisms to create a safe and respectful work environment.
– Harmony Work also conduct investigations and offer recommendations when harassment complaints arise.
Diversity, Equity And Inclusion
At Harmony Work , we work with organizations to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within their workforce and also assess an organization’s current practices, policies, and culture and develop strategies to promote diversity and ensure equal opportunities for all employees.
We do DEI offer training, workshops, and ongoing guidance to create more inclusive workplaces.

Harmony work focus on supporting organizations in becoming more LGBTQIA+-friendly and inclusive and provide guidance on creating LGBTQIA+-inclusive policies and practices and can help with transgender workplace inclusivity. We do offer LGBTQIA+ awareness training and education for employees.
