
Sexual Harassment Policy
In order to implement the provisions of the Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013 (hereinafter. Referred to as the POSH Act) in letter and spirit, employers are required to formulate and implement a mechanism for prevention, prohibition and redressal of harassment. The POSH Act requires every employer (employing 10 employees) to formulate and implement in the organization a comprehensive policy dealing with the issue of sexual harassment. The objective of the policy is to uphold the dignity and respect for all employees irrespective of. their gender, rank, race, caste and religion, to promote a safe and secure working environment and to punish those who violate the directives of the policy.
